bug chaman amélio

donc je viens report un bug concernant le sort Horion de Givre http://fr.wowhead.com/spell=8056 et surtout sur le non fonctionnement de son passif via les talant amélio : puissance gelé http://fr.wowhead.com/spell=63374 qui est censé geler la cible sur place lorsque HG et utilisé a plus de 15m et qui ne le fait pas ;)
pour preuve j'ai fait un screen après avoir essayer sur plusieurs mob différent bien sur ;)
